 Slowly, Katherine has Mystic Falls at her feet, just the way she likes it. People are starting to notice that something is wrong and the smell of fear that gradually fills the small town just makes this all the sweeter for her. Her plans stay small, gaining herself some followers that work for her. Though she does a lot of the dirty work herself. Katherine loves her games.
Klaus never found his way to the town, though his brother, Elijah, has. Katherine doesn't like having the Salvatore brothers and Elijah trying their best to stop her and her games. It annoys her that they all want to protect Elena, but things start to change when people start going onto Katherine's side. Caroline, for instance. Tyler. Matt or Jeremy. Or maybe even Bonnie. Damon finds himself slowly being drawn back to her, Elijah finds himself in that same situation. No one knows what they want with Katherine slowly showing them all just how powerful she can really be. Will Katherine give up on her want of Stefan as feelings stir again for Damon and Elijah? How will Elena deal with her friends if they all go onto Katherine's side and the sudden competition she now has with the vampire? How many games does Katherine really have up her sleeve? Or is there something bigger she's just leading up to?
